Here are my results from Day Two of Week One for pushups, situps, and squats.
Push-ups:
Max: 15
(total from last night-41)
Sit-ups:
Max: 40
(total from last night-103)
Squats:
Max: 32
(total from last night-87)
So I blew away the totals from Monday! Let's see how awesome Friday is!
